# Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ WidgetFAQLinkIC-6.0.0.opm

# Configuration

This module does not require any system configuration, but the widget can be displayed in thow ways, like the default widget Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketZoom###Widgets###0250-WidgetFAQLinkIC. Or as a FilterElementPost that will place the FAQs above the articles, for that enable this configuration: Frontend::Output::FilterElementPost###WidgetFAQLinkIC. However, it is recommended to keep only one of them active.

# Usage

After installing the module, just access the ticket on AgentTicketZoom and if you have an IC with an associated FAQ, this widget will be displayed on the side of the ticket with the FAQs that are associated with the configuration items.
